At Family Life Church, we see Christian leaders as people who influence and transform peoples lives from the inside out. Like parents with their own children, our leaders must be both active and passive. This Leadership style requires them to be involved and to be open, honest and transparent.

We have a tremendous ministry team at Family Life Church who are passionate about creating a safe place for all people to attend…seeing them restored and revealed for His Glory. Together as family they walk with family as they engage, stretch and release those they minister to for Kingdom influence and purpose. We are blessed as a family of believers to have leaders that are led more by Jesus, who lead more like Jesus and who lead more to Jesus.
